Terms & Conditions

  1. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or refunded.
  2. The promised delivery time would be 45 mins within the 5 km delivery radius.This time is bound to be exceeded in unforeseen circumstances due to peak hour business/demand.
  3. Exchange of food items will not be entertained on any case.
  4. Our staff members will not ask for any credit card details or other bank details if any cases found please report to 04 3355051
  5. All the financial disputes will be subject to scrutiny and decision would be taken within 72 hrs any dispute should be raised within 5 hours of order placement.
  6. All the prices are inclusive of vat + delivery and packing charges would be applicable in select branches only
  7. The pictures shown in the menu would be for illustrative purpose only, may not be exact replication of the order being served.
  8. As we do not add preservatives or artificial ingredients the food should be consumed within two hrs of delivery do not preserve the food in frozen storage.

All customers are requested to give correct address and phone number, any wrong information would be leading to delay or cancellation of orders.
