Cancellation Policy

  1. Food items will not be taken in exchange.
  2. Orders once placed can’t be cancelled. This is due to remote and back-end operations.
  3. Amma’s restaurant, has the right the reject the order in exceptional circumstances, in which case, the money would be reserved as credit against the customer.
  4. Delivery delays, if happened, are regretted but this won’t be accepted as a reason for any cancellation or non acceptance of order.
